To ensure an exceptional and safe experience for all guests, ZEA kindly requests that the following policies are observed at all times.
DRESS CODE
ZEA maintains a Smart/Elegant dress code. Sportswear, beachwear, shorts, caps, and open-toe shoes for gentlemen and ladies are not permitted. National attire is warmly welcomed until 10:00 PM. After this time, due to the venue’s nightlife concept, the Smart/Elegant dress code applies to all guests. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the dress code requirements.
AGE POLICY
Guests aged 16 years and above are welcome until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, ZEA operates under a strictly 21+ policy. In accordance with UAE law, guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the venue and to be served alcohol in any area. All guests are required to carry valid proof of identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older. Accepted forms of identification include a passport, UAE residence ID, national identity card, or valid driving license. Failure to present valid identification may result in refusal of entry.
INTOXICATION & PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
ZEA reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is approaching intoxication. If bar or security staff determine that a guest has consumed excessive alcohol, service may be refused and the guest may be asked to leave the premises. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety of all guests and full compliance with UAE law.
ZEA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward drugs. Any individual found in possession of, or suspected to be under the influence of, controlled substances will be permanently banned from the venue and reported to the authorities. Any person found in possession of a weapon will be immediately banned and reported to the police. Outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
BEHAVIOUR
Aggressive, violent, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes abusive or offensive language toward staff or other guests. Any guest engaging in such conduct will be required to leave the venue immediately, may be permanently banned, and authorities may be notified where necessary.
